Inventor Sharp Corner Remover detects and rounds sharp internal and external corners across parts and assemblies before they reach fabrication. It prevents costly rework caused by unmachined edges, toolpath failures, and stress concentration points that lead to part fatigue or cracking in production.
Select a part or assembly, set your minimum fillet radius, and the tool identifies every sharp edge that falls below threshold — applying consistent rounds in a single pass, so engineers don't have to chase corners manually across complex geometry.
