Inventor Save Scheduler automates timed saves for all referenced parts, assemblies, and drawings in your active project. It's designed for teams that rely on periodic backups, need to ensure no work is lost during long modeling sessions, or want consistent save intervals across every linked document — not just the file currently in focus.
Configure a save interval, point it at your top-level assembly, and it handles the rest — cycling through every referenced file on schedule, saving each one in sequence without interrupting your workflow.
Long-running design sessions where manual saves are easy to forget. Multi-user environments that need regular save checkpoints to avoid conflicts. Teams with vault or PDM integrations that trigger on save events and require consistent, periodic file updates across an entire assembly tree.
Before saving documents, the tool verifies whether there is any modification. If there is any change, then only it will save the documents.
This is the interval in minutes at which the tool will auto save documents. User can set this interval between 5 to 60 minutes only.
If checked, the tool will ask the user before saving documents. If not checked, the tool will automatically save the documents.
All opened documents will be saved if there is any modification. If any active object is in editing mode, the active edit object will save instead of the document.

Submit your details to info@monovative.com, or use the in-app "Send Mail" option to request a key directly.
Enter the received key and press Activate. Installation and license management both require administrator privileges.

Step 1: Choose activation method
Open the License Activator dialog and select either “Request for license key” to request a key or “Activate license with license key” if you already have one.

Only the current active document will be saved if there is any modification. If any active object is in editing mode, the active edit object will save instead of the document.
If checked, the tool will be disabled only for this Inventor session. When Inventor restarts, the tool will be active again and will start saving documents.
If checked, the tool will display a document list after the save process, showing documents that are read-only or cannot be saved successfully.
