Privacy Policy
A Design & Engineering company. ESTABLISHED 2009.
A commitment to transparency
Monarch Innovation gives privacy and safeguarding the same ardent importance as the work itself. We follow full transparency and make the process of consent clear through a non-disclosure agreement. We are straightforward and firmly dedicated to client secrecy — and we only ever request the information required for the service you work with us for.
Here are our policy commandments across every aspect you may encounter during our partnership.
SECTION 01
Data collection
We gather your personal information through fields online — from our site and other company spaces. We only ask for the contact and payment information that we keep strictly confidential.
Contact details refer to your name, email ID, telephone number, and postal address, so we can reach you to deliver our services. For payment, we ask for your name, card or e-wallet details, shipping & billing address, TAX identification number, and other trade-related data.
We also draw data from your other website usage and the services you've taken, in two ways:
Analytics
Site analytics give us a log of visits, popular data, service types, and more. When you interact with our site, we store those interactions and activities as logs — your IP and referral URLs, exit URL, browser, operating system, date/time, requests, error responses, telephone number, live-chat messages, form inputs, and other details you enter at contact points.
Social media
Even where a prior chat on a social platform initiated a collaboration, we do not save the entire chat — we ask you to put the request in an email professionally. We disclose or mention clients on social media only with their consent, for marketing purposes.
SECTION 02
Data utilization
Once we have your contact and billing information, we ensure it's used wisely. Your contact information is only used to reach out about the status and progress of your project, alert you to offers and new additions, notify you of changes to our products and sites, and circulate the newsletter.
Your payment and billing information is used solely for further processing, deliverability, and tax clearance. Information from third-party websites and our services is used purely for service enhancement, resolving issues, supervision, diagnosing problems, client documentation, inquiry recording, and better optimization.
SECTION 03
Data processing purpose
We only collect information necessary for the service you hire us for — full transparency and privacy at the same time. Your information is secure with us, and we use it only where you give consent. To keep it that way, we start off by filing a contract. Other lawful uses include complying with legal obligations, court orders, or defending our claims.
Rest assured this is all in good faith. Data is used to run, grow, process, and deliver services, prevent fraud, enhance security and understandability, determine impacts, and modify or personalize our services and communication. Your consent remains a must for any use of your information.
SECTION 04
Information from cookies
Browsing and internet activity use cookies. We use cookies from our site to gather information such as web visitor sessions and interactions, account identification, personalization, and tracking. We also use cookie data to fulfil contractual obligations with third parties who you land on from our website spaces and ads — all of it to improve our services and enhance personalization along the way.
SECTION 05
Manner & personnel of information sharing
All your information with Monarch Innovation is held confidential. Here are the scenarios under which information sharing can take place.
Legal obligation
We disclose information as required by a subpoena, court order, or other genuine governmental request.
In-house personnel
Your information is shared with the people working on your project — only those who can contribute to it — to process, bill, deliver, tax-clear, and manage your account. They adhere strictly to privacy.
Third-party providers
Sometimes third parties are involved — payment gateways, software holders, fraud detectors, information providers, data processors, specialty finance, media, internet content, advertising, and marketing partners. Only the information required is provided, and none of them may use it for secondary or personal purposes.
Your approval
Your information is disclosed with your permission only. We will not otherwise share any information for purposes outside this Privacy Policy, and we keep you notified — proceeding only if you allow us to.
SECTION 06
Your entitlements
A copy of the information we hold on you.
Withdraw consent for information sharing, wholly or partially.
Raise an objection to any information sharing you find inappropriate.
Talk to us about your privacy
If any part of this policy is unclear, or you'd like to exercise your entitlements, reach out — a real person will get back to you.
