What Is Architectural BIM Modeling?

Architectural BIM modeling is the process of creating a data-rich, intelligent 3D digital representation of a building. Unlike traditional CAD drafting, a BIM model carries real information about every element, its dimensions, materials, costs, and relationships to other building systems.
