APPLICATION
Three tabs to control every workflow
The tool provides SET QTY, CONFIG, and EXCLUDE tabs to handle all quantity management scenarios.
SET QTY Tab
Select Project from dropdown menu, specify the assembly, set Custom Quantity iProperty name, enter Quantity of Selected Assembly. Choose Set Quantity with Report or Generate Report Only. Options include Skip locations outside workspace, Skip Libraries, and Silent Operation.
CONFIG Tab
Set the default location of the report. Browse for report location, open existing reports, update tool settings, and save configuration. User can set the report output directory here.
EXCLUDE Tab
Add skip locations that will be excluded from inserting the quantity property. Browse and add directories to the Skip Locations list. Remove locations as needed. These excluded paths will not receive quantity iProperty values.
Select Project & Assembly
Browse the project from the drop-down menu containing all projects added in Inventor. If not added, click Add Project and browse the .ipj file. Specify the assembly within that project for quantity computation.
Quantity of Selected Assembly
User can enter the quantity of the selected assembly and all related parts and assemblies will be assigned with respective multiplied values.
